HYBRID STRENGTH
Focus: Absolute Strength
Quick Description: Heavy compound lifts (Squats, deadlifts, presses, etc.). We move the heaviest loads of the week here to set the tone for our structural capacity. (includes cardio)

HYBRID PUSH
Focus: Vertical Pushing & Capacity
Quick Description: Pushing movements paired with EMOMs or AMRAP Zone to test pushing under fatigue. Leg work excluding glutes. (includes cardio)
HYBRID PULL
Focus: Posterior Chain & Capacity.
Quick Description: Pulling movements paired with EMOMs or AMRAP Zone to test pulling under fatigue. Glute focused for the lower body. (includes cardio)


HYBRID POWER
Focus: Speed & Explosivity.
Quick Description: Olympic derivatives, plyometrics, and more. This day is about moving weight fast and developing the explosive twitch needed for elite performance. Cardio is focused on short bursts and explosiveness.

Quick Description: Our signature community session. A gritty, high-volume mix of strength, power, and endurance designed to test mental toughness and collaboration.
HYROX
Focus: Specificity & Functional Speed
Pure Endurance & Aerobic Base
Quick Description: Some days will be a high-intensity simulation of the race's movements. We focus on compromised running and the ability to maintain power output immediately after a high-heart-rate station. Other days will be be focused on long-duration, lower-intensity "Engine" work. We focus on the running volume and steady-state capacity required to dominate 60+ minutes of continuous effort.
